LLC Publication Services
The Limited Liability Company Law requires an LLC to publish in two newspapers for six successive weeks a copy of its articles of organization or application for authority, or a notice related to its formation or qualification.
A Certificate of Publication along with affidavits of publication by the newspapers must be filed with the Department of State. Failure to file the Certificate of Publication causes an LLC to be suspended by the State.
